Q. Why should we use Atlas ?
Because we specialise in the offshore financial services sector, recruiting people from all over the World, and bringing them to the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and other Jurisdictions in which we operate.
We have offices "on the ground" in The Channel Islands as well as Gibraltar, and have an in depth "local" knowledge of the Jurisdictions that we recruit within, and therefore we are uniquely placed to offer candidates an informed, hands-on service.
Q. How would I go about interviewing overseas candidates?
At first interview stage, we find that the majority of our interviews take place over the phone. However, should this prove unsatisfactory we are able to set up a video conferencing facility.
When an interview is to take place on a face-to-face basis, we assist in setting up the Interview, and in certain instances we shall assist with the cost of transporting the candidate to the specified location. Once the candidate arrives at the location we shall send one of our consultants to the airport personally to pick up and transport the candidate to interviews.
Finally, sometimes our clients may wish to fly to one of the jurisdictions in which we operate. In this instance we will assist the client where possible in finding suitable hotel accommodation, booking flights and arranging schedules.
Q Why should I choose to recruit an overseas candidate?
It is becoming increasingly difficult to source candidates in offshore jurisdictions. As a result of this, it is making more and more sense to look further afield for to recruit capable, qualified staff.
Often, candidates recruited from overseas have been educated and trained to an extremely high standard, and are able to fit into roles in finance with ease, especially within the accountancy arena.
Q Do you offer any additional services?
At Atlas we are able to offer an entirely top down Recruitment Service. We are able to handle an entire Recruitment Campaign with you, whether you wish to recruit one person, and entire team, or even to start up a new Office in an Offshore Jurisdiction.
Additionally, once a person is placed we are able to offer a complete relocation service to assist them in settling in to their new home.
We are also able to advertise on your behalf. We often utilise different forms of online media, but we have access to more traditional advertising methodologies, often at a discounted rate.
